The only think worse than Larry Brown as a coach is Larry Brown as your secret defacto GM (a position he almost always assumes). He is terrible for organizations.

He would be better than Kahn-Rambis combo.

He's not a better GM than Kahn, though I suppose I'll admit he could out coach Rambis. But ultimately he's a classic 1 step forward, 2 steps back guy. He'll leave any organization in more disarry than he found it. I'll stick with the current option before trading those guys in for Brown.

I don't believe they are shopping Beasley at all. NY writers like to take speculation from other NY writers and then spin it further to try and make it sound like fact (the whole Rubio thing was a perfect example).

New York sports writers are hacks, they're like The National Enquirer for sports.

He's turned around more bad franchises than almost anyone, but his last two stops have probably been his worst. The only reason I'd hestitate to take him is that he may have lost it, he might be too old.

From what i have heard Beasley and Randolph wont be traded, and we will go best player available at two and keep them unless we get a really really good offer

With the talent on the roster this year, I don't think anyone could have been less successful than Rambis.
