I still think that Schad should start a blog. I think all of us would read for sure.

Heh, yeah, I was thinking more of the commenters...there's certainly some crossover, but it'd be a wee bit awkward.

Imagine what would happen if you combined Battersbox's themed-by-name teams with DJF? Probably a team of players whose names sound like they're describing erections. Led by Randy Johnson, naturally. And I'd probably read it.

It's crazy how the Raps board has gotten exponentially more active as the team has gotten worse. Is there really THAT much to say about BC acquiring [fill in the scrub]?

I'm actually kind of shocked because of the number of people that have come out of the woodwork in real life, admitting that they go on RealGM. 1 out of every 3 or 4 people who are Raptors fans that I meet now are either familiar with RealGM or frequent it for breaking news.

(I also kind of hide the fact that I'm a mod and I have over 10,000 post when I meet these people though )

People that tend to avoid those threads (like myself) have no choice but to throw out the baby with the bath water because it's so tedious and time-consuming to go through so many useless posts to get to those that actually provide insight.

I like this Jays board because I think it's a right mix of activity, quality and quantity.

Actually I hate the Jays board for that fact, man each poster here is too smart for their own good. I feel way more intelligent on the Raps board...

The Jays board has quality posters, which I will take over quantity any day.

The sheer amount of crap you have to wade through on the Raptors board is incredible. There are smart posters, but they're drowned out by the reactionary types. I've gotten frustrated posting there as well.

I'll post more on the Player comp board, which is actually interesting and has some of the better posters involved (Dr. MJ, Tsherk).

Honestly, the Raptors board probably needs more hardcore moderation than there is. The Bulls board is pretty much the ideal for any board on this forum. It's managed to have quantity and quality.

Lol...agreed. The Raptor board makes me ill and has for almost a year now. Barely anything worth reading. At least when I come here I get info and I respect the posters. It would be nicer if there were more of us, but oh well.

I like HFBoards as well.

Instead of complaining (I do realize not everyone is0 why not just try and make this forum better?

Clearly it's growing, these things take time. Why not do your part if you want this to be an active forum and contribute more often with more topics for us to discuss?

It's up to you to make this place a great forum.

This board has a good amount of quality posters who really know their stuff. I'd rather read a few insightful posts that sift through pages of trash. I'll take quality over quantity any day of the week.

Didn't know where to put this, so...

"Red Sox May Consider Targeting Reyes"

Might be the best wiretap headline ever. Or not. I might consider thinking about it, and maybe get back to you.
