Why downgrade from Rondo to Bledsoe or Harris when they could just pick up someone line Dalembert, Jeff Foster or Landry in free agency especially if they are not going to re-sgin Green and Glen Davis.

Kelly Dwyer is a joke. He is pretty much the biggest Kobe hater online, bar none. He just flat out hates Kobe for some reason.

Because to have a "B" PG, C and added depth is better for a loaded veteran team that wants to win now than an "A-" PG.

Also, because Landry is NOT a center and is no different than big baby and Dalembert is NOT going to sign with the C's (he can get more than the MLE and if he is going to take the MLE it will be from Miami) and because Jeff Foster is Jeff Foster.

Except that the Celtics are built to be run by a pure point like Rondo and their team defense can mask for the lack of a genuine center. Moreover Celtics fans and FO think that Rondo could be an MVP candidate for them, he's not going to be traded easily.

Nonsense. They are built no different than any other team and could function well with any solid PG.

and their team defense can mask for the lack of a genuine center.

Tell that to the Heat :-)

Hahahaha, that's a joke. Rondo has as much shot at the MVP as Jason kidd does ... none.

^ A bunch of Boston homers don't make your case. Rondo has no real shot at MVP, that team is just too stacked and he has no offensive game to speak of. Now, of course in my mind Rondo is already more of an MVP than Nash ever was, but we all know the MVP is a media award now and Rondo ain't gettin it.

Ok, why don't you post those 4 trades on the Boston boards and see what they think. Should give us a fairly good idea.

I could care the less what Boston fans think ... Boston fans didn't want Perk traded, in fact Boston players didn't even want Perk traded ... like I said, Ainge is a cut-throat.

If he's willing to change his mind set and realize he's not a number 1, 2 or 3 option. It's a reason guys like him T-Mac, Iverson etc...haven't been looked at by contending teams. These guys mind set is all F'd up.

When you're 30+ years old, and you haven't shown any sign of changing, its pretty clear that nothing will ever change.

Iverson recently said he would come off the bench for any contender. That being said are YOU saying Iverson should be saying he would come off the bench for any NBA team. I wouldn't be surprised if someone picked him up as pure scorer off the bench. Someone like OKC should pick him up to get some scoring when KD/Westbrook are on the bench.

I am pretty sure if Boston/MIA/NYC pick VC up that he is going to the be the 4th option and on the bench. I just cant see him 1,2,3rd option anywhere else that is legit. I would hate to see him waste away in Charlotte or a Sacramento.

I'd be cool with Vince, AI or T-Mac ... there mindset does NOT need to change, just their minutes ... on a 2nd unit they can still be the man and the super scorers they've always been.

Word on the interwebs that the Lakers are trying to the number 2 pick. Ric Bucher made some reference to a rumor that Minny wants Pau as I suspected earlier to pair up with Rubio.

So who do we pick with the no.2 pick? I say what the webs is saying, I am saying Brandon Knight.

Isn't this all just too convoluted stuff?

I could have sworn the Lakers just needed a little youth in the back court, athletic guys that can hit the 3 and defend and a decent big man. Why something so complicated, earth-shaking, and dramatic? This isn't the Lakers style.

We had Kobe on rampage mode in 07, we added Derek Fisher, drafted Crittenton, and drafted Marc Gasol.

How about this we just get a pick, draft Josh Selby, draft Diante Garrett (here comes Jetset running slam me on who we draft but he gets the point), and add say I don't know a decent shooter like a Rasual Butler plus a big man like Jeff Foster.

I agree. I was just speculating that IF the Lakers decide to go after a lottery pick they will go all out. I am not saying they should at all.
