Andrea Bargnani for #7 + Whiteside
Jerryd Bayless/Jose Calderon
DeMar DeRozan/Leandro Barbosa/Weems
Kawhi Leonard/James Johnson/Kleiza
Ed Davis/Amir Johnson
Jonas Valanciunas/Whiteside/Dorsey
Perhaps Biyombo if JV not available.
Some assets to make big trades if/when time comes

^^ I don't think the Kings are in a position to take on that much salary right now given their financial situation (Even though they have a ton of capspace). Perhaps they would do something like that if we took back a contract like Garcia (which I would do).

gets:
Rip, #5
Utah adds a legit sg and gets the 5 with which they can maybe get Knight which they are rumored to be selecting Kanter at 3 and still want knight.
Knight/Harris
Rip
Miles
Millsap

Biyombo
Or
Utah trades:
Jefferson, #12

Re: 2011-12 Toronto Raptors Trade Ideas Thread Pt II
^^ I like the first trade, I don't think the 2nd one is really enough to get Bogut. I'm a little concerned about Bogut's arm as well:
Multiple sources say the Wolves and Milwaukee Bucks have talked about a trade, with the main pieces being No. 2 for No. 10 and center Andrew Bogut. It's believed Milwaukee initiated those talks, probably because there is some uncertainty about Bogut's long-term health. He broke his right hand, dislocated his elbow and sprained his wrist in a nasty fall in April 2010 against Phoenix. "It's OK so far,'' Bogut told a newspaper in his native Australia last week after undergoing arthoscopic surgery on his elbow. ''But it's still hard to tell. I'm starting with a lighter load than usual because the next season is so far away. I will build it up from here. The real questions will be answered after I've been through four or five weeks of training.'' Bogut also reportedly suffers from chronic migraine headaches. He has three years and $39 million left on his contract -- a hefty load with so many questions surrounding a presumed new salary cap with a fresh collective bargaining agreement.

I read the same thing and thats why I feel the package is good enough to get him. Jefferson is relatively healthy and some would argue is a better player than Bogut when Healthy.

^^ I'd do that deal only if we're able to land another pick with Bargs and select a C (maybe Val/Biyombo)

you could add Bargnani to the deal.
To TOR: Maggette + Jennings + Sanders + #10
To UTA: Calderon + Dooling + #5
To MIL: Harris + Bargnani + #12
i wonder though if UTA would do.
To TOR: Maggette + Jennings

MIL goes for the playoffs.
Harris / PG (signed)
Salmons / SG (signed)
Delfino / Ersan
Bargnani / Gooden
Bogut / Sanders
but UTA loads up they have #3, #10, #12
Knight (#3) / Calderon
Bell / Burks (#10)
Hayward / Singleton (#12)
Favors / Millsap
Jefferson / Okur
thats a completely revamped UTA team, i think they go for it and i really like it for us. Draft Val + getting another 7 million in cap space to go after a C.
Jennings / Bayless
Derozan / SG
Johnson / Klezia
Davis / Amir
C (FA) / Val / Alabi

Apparently, Toronto is in talks with Bucks for Bogut, as are the Twolves and Rockets:
http://www.hoopsworld.com/Story.asp?story_id=20183
Bogut is one player I am willing to trade any one on this team for; that includes Derozan and Ed Davis. Bogut is a top 5 center in this league.

I would still be completely unsold on a Bargnani - Bogut frontourt...and we are not trading DeRozan.

Just saying that we've said we're looking to trade for another pick, or to aquire talent, Bill Ingram from Hoopshype said from what he's hearing around Toronto only two pieces are generating interest and that's Bargs and DeRozan, and BC has said DeRozan isn't going anywhere. So it would seem like many Raptor fans may get their wish. There's probably as great a chance as there's ever been that Bargs is traded this week.

I would still be completely unsold on a Bargnani - Bogut frontourt...and we are not trading DeRozan.
I would also be somewhat cautious about a Bogut/Bargs frontcourt (I suppose Bogut really is good enough to completely cover for Bargs, but perhaps no one is... although it would be intriguing to see if it worked because they have extremely complementary skillsets), but I'm more sold on Bogut than any of the bigs on either team (and every big in this draft). If the Wolves deal was Bogut+#10 for #2, maybe #5 is enough. But if needed, I would be willing to deal any one of our bigs (yes, even Ed, although I'd want the deal to be expanded to get Jennings here by letting them dump another contract on us).
I had proposed that we do Bogut+Jennings+Gooden for Ed+#5+Jose+Alabi+TPE(to fully absorb Gooden's salary). I think that could work for both sides, but if for some reason that's still not enough, I'd even expand it to include a Kleiza/Maggette swap as well.
Bogut/Amir
Bargs/Gooden
J.Johnson/(Kleiza or Maggette)
DeMar/Weems?
Jennings/Bayless
Sanders
ED/Ilyasova
Delfino/(Maggette or Kleiza)
Salmons
Jose
+#5-Kanter/Val/Knight/Walker
+#10-Biyombo/Burks/Brooks/Vesely/Leonard/K.Thompson

Seeing what Bargs could actually fetch in a trade (that BC agrees to) is one of the great mysteries in life.

Wasnt the comment in regards to Demar in regards to a deal with Minny involving Flynn?

Seriously, WTF happened to Andris Biedrins? Check this guy out:

P'n'R machine - if only he was a better FT shooter...he'd look great in Casey's zone D.
I'd deal Calderon for him (has one less year on his deal), but they'd say no, so yeah.
