Here's to hoping Beasley is enough for Minny to handle.

Here is my guess, you stole that link from another website, didn't bother to read it, and that's why you are sitting here now looking foolish.

Earlier on Monday, league sources told ESPN The Magazine's Ric Bucher that the Cavs had decided to take Irving with the top pick. But later Monday afternoon, a source close to the situation told Katz the team is still considering several scenarios.

:nonono:

Pathetic.

Maybe you should read the headline news on RealGM. It's this website where you can posts your thoughts on your favotite NBA team. They also have a "news" section.

The Cavaliers, after taking the temperature of the Timberwolves and Jazz to see if Kyrie Irving could somehow fall to No. 4 in Thursday's NBA draft, are now committed to the former Duke guard as the No. 1 pick and are fielding offers for the fourth pick, league sources said Monday.

Well Bucher said earlier it was Irving but Katz later reported the cavs are keeping their options opened. I think the cavs are still trying to find the best way to get Irving and Williams but they will ultimately go with Irving at #1 if getting both is not possible. If going williams #1 gives them the best chance to get both, they may do that but they gotta be sure before they do that. The reports really didn't conflict each other if you think about it.

Then why did you link to the article when it clearly states that they haven't settled on him?

You do know every "news story" RealGM comes from another site right? And the article where you got the information to start this thread from is an ESPN article. Bat simply posted another ESPN article that says Ric Bucher is full of $h*t. (shocker)

Take edfmx86's advice and stop reading articles by Ric Bucher. He's a tool.

Cavaliers Deny Deciding Upon Irving

The Cavaliers denied a report from ESPN that indicated the team has committed to drafting Kyrie Irving with the first overall pick.

The team is believed to have their decision narrowed to Irving and Derrick Williams.

Cleveland was working out Brandon Knight at approximately the same time as the report surfaced.

Here's a tip for everyone: don't trust anything the RealGM wiretap says and don't use it as a source.

The headlines there are at best poorly-worded; quite often they're out of date or just flat-out wrong.

I dont see the cavs taking williams if they bank on getting Knight at 4. THe only way that works is if they know Minnesota will take Kanter leaving the jazz to pick Irving. REports say that Minny would take Irving but who the knows. Its all a game. So i wouldnt read too much into anything anyone reports at this point.

The Jazz would take Irving or Williams over Knight.

Do you really believe it either way. They may have decided on him but that wouldn't stop them from changing their minds, if something else came along that is better. It is all posturing and lies until the draft is over.
