I know it's taboo for some dudes but make that coke a diet and you're a big step in the right direction. Liquor plus an insulin spike from the sugar is pretty much guaranteed fat storage. Also depends how often you're indulging too, if it's once a month then screw it, just enjoy it. I drink about once a week and I try to do the least damage possible, relatively speaking when binge drinking lulz.

I'm cool with no-sugar coke/pepsi but it's really not a big deal as I don't drink much or at least often these days and when I do it's pretty much the only time I'm having a non-water drink. Kicking most of my sugar habit has been great for my overall energy levels although nobody is taking my love of chocolate from me. :D

Nice progress, what exactly have you been sticking to to see results? Just curious and I don't really feel like digging up old posts. :)

Started with diet and exercise. Work got really crazy the past few weeks and I haven't been able to exercise, but have still been dieting. Simple calorie counting.

You shouldn't keep your foosball table outside. The rain can warp the wood.

Still have nothing but positive things to say about Ab Ripper X.

Thought I'd bump this up. Did P90X last summer then nothing throughout the school year, then started it up again in May. Was around 193-195 when I got out of school, 2 months down and I'm at 178-179, lightest I have been since probably before 8th grade. My arms look good enough for me and my shoulders look good, only thing I need work on is from about just above my belly button to my waist line. Haven't been great doing ab ripper consistently, anyone that uses it when do you do it? I try like immediately after the hour tape and just can't get through it. Still pretty good results so I am feeling pretty good that my target weight of 175 is in sight! :D

Yeah, you're suppose to do ripper right after the regular strenght workout but it can be tough. Sometimes I switch and do it after cardio but that's tough too, especially after plyo.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Definitely. Hopefully I can will myself through it this last month and see a little result before going back to college. At least with my new place I think I can effectively keep doing the tapes through the year which would be a big benefit.

I need a belt to hold my 34" jeans up these days. Very happy with where I'm at, just need to start a program to build muscle and get a bit more toned.

If you are looking to build muscle and like Tony I would suggest some of his one on one workouts. I have Just Arms, DIamond Delts and Upper Body Massacre, they are all from Volume 1 (he has a new one each month). The more recent one on ones (Volume 3) contain routines he will be using in P90X2.

Yeah, me too. I went down to a 34" last summer after my first time through P90X and now my pairs from last year are starting to fall off me, makes me feel pretty damn good. Speaking of which, time for me to go do some KenpoX

I actually think you get better results from Ab Ripper if you do it sometime other than right after the workout. I do it three days a week outside of my gym workouts and find it works well. After the P90X workouts you are spent though, so its harder to put full effort into another 15 minutes of tough stuff.
