Rashard Lewis and the 6 for Millsap, Memo and the 12.

This is pretty awful tbh. I want no part of Rashard's historically bad contract, AK has just come off the books and you want to replace him with a guy even more overpaid than he was? :)

I love Millsap off the bench. Im in the camp that he can't be consistently effective as a starter. If we decide to draft Kanter...we will need to make a trade: a swing player for Millsap + some of our trash (Bell or CJ)....

I wonder if Phoenix would be interested in doing something like Raja Bell or Jeremy Evans + Paul Millsap for Robin Lopez + 13th pick. I'm probably dreaming about getting the 13th pick too but whatever...

I think that's actually a bad trade for us, not them. Millsap is so much Lopez's superior that the 13th pick isn't enough of a sweetener to me.

Really? Lopez is a solid player who would be a great replacement for Millsap coming off the bench. He may not be as skilled but he plays just as hard and he is undeniably bigger/longer than Millsap.

Here is a crazy trade...Millsap + Harris + Bell for Andre Miller + Wesley Matthews + Future 1st (non-protected).

That's a lot to give up but I would actually consider it...we get Matthews back to fill our 2 guard need in shooting/scoring/defense, a future first and a replacement for Harris who expires sooner...oh and we also dump our trash with Raja. Maybe we could even convince them to throw in Oden haha.

I think we need to all get over the Wes Matthews loss... Why would POR do this trade? Millsap is not needed there with Aldridge and Wallace, so is Harris that much of an upgrade from Miller?

They gave Mathews that money for a reason and all he did was play up to it. Not to mention they want Roy to retire. I feel like Matthews is that "girl that got away" for the Jazz. I would love to have him back too, but it's not happening

It has nothing to do with Matthews being "the girl that got away" it makes sense for both teams.

Portland gets their coveted PG, gets a stud PF who they've wanted in the past to play alongside of Aldridge and Camby and get a veteran wing in Raja who fits their style of play. Wallace is a 3 so it doesn't take away from Millsaps' usage, and LA can move to the C when Camby sits and Millsap comes off the bench as PF (if they bring him off the bench). They already have Batum and the Spainard that can take over the 2 spot.

It's really not that crazy...

Please no.

I don't see why he needs to be traded.

As a Portland fan I would love Millsap and Bell for Matthews and filler (Babbit, Williams, Johnson, etc.) both players would fit us very well, we need someone to pick up minutes at 4 especially if Oden's not playing at the start of the season and Camby is fragile as hell. Best case scenario Oden plays and Millsap would be awesome next to him in the 15 mpg Aldridge is on the bench then Camby's getting spot minutes.

Felton/Roy?/Wallace/Aldridge/Oden
Batum, Bell, Millsap, Camby
