I understand Irving didn't work out for anybody but Cleveland. I think they must have promised him at #1. However, they deny that in several stories and want us to believe they could take Williams/Kanter and get Walker at 4.
How important are the workouts and interviews? If Irving were to fall, where would he land?

At that point Minnesota would either trade the 2nd pick or pick Irving #2 and then trade him.
