If our choices were Walker and Morris then I would go with Walker. Walker is a winner and you never know what can happen with Curry's ankle.

I would take Walker and trade him, there are a couple of non lottery teams that want him.

DRAFT THREAD part II: Come Together.... Right Now....

If it's only Morris, Kemba, and Leonard available we need to see that we caught a break and trade Kemba for fields and the 17th pick. Then take Donatas or Faried.

Now that would be an epic first round.

I'm not really a fan of Motiejunas or Faried, but I agree that if Kemba is still on the board (and Biyombo/Tristan/Klay are gone) then we take him and make a deal

Ill Jizz my pants if Kemba is still on the board. The Warriors phone will be ringing like crazy hopefully we can dump Biedrens and still pick up a nice mid pick

Coxy, I don't even think Singleton is in the mix anymore :(

Riley and Myers never even mention him anymore really.

Or could they be spewing a fluff piece agenda to fool their counterparts?

DraftExpress has Jimmer at #7? Are the Kings that high on him? I could see him in the back court with Evans however...

That'd be nice Fields + Faried for Kemba

best option at this point ...
Most 4th Quarter Points in Final since 1991
1995 Shaquille O'Neal 11.5
2000 Shaquille O'Neal 11.5 (61.1% TS)
2015 Stephen Curry 10.8 (75.1% TS)
1997 Michael Jordan 10.7 (55.1% TS)
1998 Michael Jordan 10.6 (50.6% TS)
2011 Dirk Nowitzki 10.3 (68.0% TS)

No good poker player shows their hand early. Singleton is the pick, I know it, so does Larry, so does Bob, so does Jerry, so does Joe.

Lucky Coxy is still around to inform you plebs on these things with Sid and Khoo gone. :D

Doubt it. There's rumors of Spurs/Kings swap for #7 pick for tony parker and probably others involved. Kings need a shooter guard next to Tyreke though.

Kemba Walker

Post#295 » by AR15 » Thu Jun 23, 2011 8:08 pm

I know we don't need another short guy to be in our lineup.

But Walker's got game, can create his own shot really well, got a great feel for the game.

Any thoughts on grabbing him with 11th pick? or 11th is too high for him?

DX claiming the Kings pick has already been traded. Won't be announced to who till draft time though.

You want another offensive minded point guard?

If the Spurs pick Kemba then it'll leave us in a bad position. Players that will be left on board would be:

Morris
Leonard
Fredette
Singleton
Burks

I say draft Fredette because he would be the BPA and the Knicks and Jazz want him really bad.

Milwaukee has a three-way deal with Charlotte and Sacramento, sources say.

Absolutely, because there are a few teams that would love to have him, like the Spurs. He would be good trade bait.
