I think with the Kanter talk today it may be something that happens.

I'd do it. He fills weaknesses the Jazz have. 3-point shooting, defense, and backup point guard. We use the 12 pick on him, draft Kanter, and use Devin Harris as our starting PG the next few years which should have been our gameplan all along.

Seems like a pretty easy trade to make, but I bet it's more complicated than that.

I think the Spurs are after Jonas.

I'd rather keep the pick. There is some solid talent floating around #12.

It's all hype. There's a chance at good talent, but even in a good year a player like Hill at 12 is a win.

There is definitely some intriguing talent which will be available at 12 this year. However, given the Jazz's history of usually passing on intriguing talent, I'll take Hill.

Biyombo is anything but a strange pick. Excelled everywhere he played, has experience in the best league in Europe, an otherworldly wingspan, and a motor unrivaled in this draft. Even if he never becomes an offensive force.

I have a feeling that when everyone pans out in 5 years, people will look back and consider Biyombo a top pick.

No Thanks, not with the amount of quality players that could be there: BB, Singleton, Thompson, Burks, etc. I would rather see who drops to 12. Someone is going to take a surprise pick before 12 and a very good player will drop.

How many surprise players have busted vs players who fell and were good for their position? Neither have high rates of success as is the draft. A quality player on the upswing works for me.

You are officially the troll of the Jazz board. Seriously

Just so you know, George Hill had a season in college (Junior season in college) where he shot 30% from the 3-pt line.

Like I said before. Do research.

You are just going to troll no matter what stats I use and what I show you arent you?

So you know, Jimmer shot 33% from the 3-pt line his freshman season and Alec shot 35%.

So you know, Kobe is a career 33% 3-pt shooter. Pretty sure he has had a decent career.

None of that matters because you are just trolling so w/ever.

And I have shown you 3 examples so far.

Hayward, Hill, Roy.

Million more I'm sure.

Edit:

Another: Peja Stojakovic shot 32% from the 3-pt line his rookie season in the NBA. Pretty sure he was a good shooter in the NBA...

Larry Bird shot in the 20% range from the 3-pt line for years early in his career in the NBA, but later on became great from the 3-pt line...

http://www.basketball-reference.com/pla ... dla01.html

Also 2010-2011 college season FG%: Alec Burks - 46.9% Jimmer Fredette - 45.2%

Need I go on...
