No love for Beno? Gonna miss his automatic midrange shot and his signature spin and finish

Good call. We should have had this out earlier.

Actually was the longest tenured King except for Cisco. He was here for the tail end of the last era and he's been here for the beginning of the future. He'll be a great fit in Milwaukee. Skiles has a system that benefits PGs who can hit the mid-range J, so Beno should be great there. I wish him the luck and thank him for his professionalism and solid play with the Kings.

Good luck to Beno. I always liked his game, the lost art of the midrange. He is probably better than Jennings...

Defense for offense any one? I'm down with the trade. Gonna miss Beno though; he was a great scorer, for sure.

Always thought Beno got too much heat from the fans. I remember his first year here, I was so stoked to watch him play. So crafty, such a professional. I will miss him...a little.

Teams never tried to stop Beno from what he wanted to do so his scoring is with a grain of salt. Stoping Beno Udrih has never made the "Keys to the Game." Beno could shoot. I thought he and Spencer Hawes had good chemistry. It was the only time I saw Beno involve other players regularly.

He isn't a good defender. Skiles isn't going to like that much.

Taking advantage of other teams not accounting for you is certainly something worth praising. You can't ignore his ability to finish around the basket or his pull-up from midrange. Having a guy that can create his own shot and do it well is valuable. If teams weren't focusing on him, they should have because he was a PG that shot 50% from the field.

Besides this is supposed to be an appreciation thread.

Also, Skiles will make him a good defender. He does with just about everyone.

The most consistent performer in the last two years. I'm a fan of Beno and I hate that we traded him away. I lost count how many times he bailed the Kings out when everyone was out of sync and looked like headless chickens.

Crafty little ****er. Mid range was straight cash.

BENO DRAINO - Gonna miss him - I think was hugely underrated while he was with us. Wish him well.
