SI reporting that the Hawks on verge of being sold

The news was expected to come as a surprise to team officials of the Hawks, who were not aware a sale was imminent as they prepared for the NBA draft. SI.com learned of the sale hours before the draft, though the news is not expected to influence the Hawks' decision-making during the draft.

I just don't know what to say about that little tidbit.

I heard on the radio that the Hawks have been sold and the buyers name has yet to be released.

Why can't they just sell the team and let the new owners actually care about putting a good team out there?

Because ASG wants to continue in running the Hawks to the ground before they decide to sell the team.

I'm hearing David Aldridge said the majority interest to the Hawks is about to be sold. Heard he said it on some type of draft review show. Anybody hear this?

The owners are just blowing smoke. Wonder who he is and will fire LD and Sund. Hope so.
