Josh is in this workout with Jimmer. Hes the first one they show nailing jumpers.

He actually moves very well. More athletic than people think. 30 inch no step vertical too. Finishes well. This guy really could be our Brian Cardinal 8-).

Jimmer is going to be so damn lethal!

Yeah, I alluded to that in another post, but I think at some point this Season or next Season he might start some Games at Center for us. Provided we don't get someone like Dwight, Dally, Gasol, etc.

He's rugged, physical, and can hang with some of the tougher Big-Men in the NBA if he can just get a tiny bit more toned. Remember, Kevin Love was viewed as sluggish, lumbersome, and "fat" coming into the NBA (DLee needed to lose some weight at times too early on).

Remember what Calipari said: This guy TOTALLY transformed himself in just ONE Year at UK. And that was without the resources and access to the professionals that he will have with the Knicks and/or the Erie Team.

That job is Jerome Jordans' to lose and Turief will be back up. Jorts will back them both up and with Turiefs injury history, you know he is going to miss some games. Also don't forget we also have that guy Jeff Foote, I think his name is... BTW can Jorts he play any 4?

Don't see why Jerome Jordan should be guaranteed anything. He wasn't even signed yet and he's still raw and skinny.

Yeah, people forget that Players change their Game and body ALL the time from when they were Drafted and entered the League.

Another example is Gallo and Wilson Chandler. Gallo put on muscular weight over his time w/ the Knicks, while Chandler added a 3PT shot to his repertoire as a Knick.

Does putting someone in a headlock while they are in the act of shooting = a foul?

Nonsense. He got all ball.

Yeah I never understood the love affair with Jerome Jordan here either. Dude was garbage in SL too. At least Jorts has an edge to him and wont be pushed around.

With this energy, size and obvious basketball skills (that he's not a stiff), this guy clearly can be be an effective backup C, at the least.

I'm sure since he went to Cornell, I guess that hurt his stock, but he looks like real deal.

SL is not the time to be judging bigs. I'm not a big fan of Jordan but it's an exhibition for guards and a terrible time to evaluate bigs. The guards are all running around chucking and their is no timing with the bigs since they haven't played enough together so very few bigs look good in SL.

big men take longer to develop. its a known fact in this league.

Footwork is more complex, physicality is more intense, its harder to get used to the sudden change in opponents size and speed vs HS and college. Yonug NBA bigs are used to havign their way until they show up in the NBA when suddenly its much much harder.

large learning curve usually.

Jordan shows promise and has both physical tools and mental tools to work with
