If Hubie could handle having really high blood pressure, he would be PERFECT for the Raptors job: knowledgeable, patient, a willing teacher/listener, and looks like all his players buy in to his philosophy.
And just like Iamtheliquor, I too, love listening to his commentating. He speaks the truth, and if he thinks a player isn't particular good at a part of his game, he says it in a way that's not degrading or a diss. That's what you want a coach to do, point out your flaws and give you a way/method to work on improving them.
