I think we definitely need a lead PG because our PG rotation really sucks, but which affordable PG is on the market that would really upgrade our PG rotation? I don't see it. Signing another PG would only add the flock of crap PGs that we have on the team. Personally, I'd try out our 2 rookies and see how they'd do. As for the topic, yes to Richardson but I don't think he would sign with us when there are much better options out there who can offer him a starting spot (Bulls, Knicks, etc).

The Lakers have no chance to get him so why bother? I don't even think they'd be able to land a JJ Barrea because idiot teams are going to be willing to overpay. I'm not confident the Lakers will get much help this offseason, absent a miracle trade.

I would take him for cheap but nothing expensive. He can be a perfeect fit if his role is just to be a spot up shooter and 3 pt shooter.

IF the Lakers can't get a decent PG for the full MLE

and

IF Shanon Brown is not returning

and

IF we can sign a back C for Vet. min

THEN,

Yes, I am ALL for signing J-Rich...!

Yeah, but he still doesn't fill our needs.
