Well they needed add some offense and this is a decent price for Jagr.

Maybe their whole off-season plan was to piss of Pitt fans even more.

Spent too much on Jagr (Montreal, Pittsburgh and Detroit all offered 1.4-1.9), and gave Talbot way too many years.
