Depends a lot on when you wake up and what you do until then. If you wake up at like 7 or 8 the best time to hit the gym is around 11 - 1, when you are at your physical peak. I work out at 6:30 after work and I'm already half winded from the long work day.

yeah, depends on a number of things. i go at night because of the basketball players who come always at that time. getting in some good, team orientated games, fun stuff.
