According to sources, the Flyers began to shop Bobrovsky - the man they called "the goaltender of the future" as recently as May - to all suitors once they struck a 9-year deal with Ilya Bryzgalov on June 23.

If you read more into the article it sounds like they want to move him because of his 1.75 million dollar salary. They don't want to be paying a backup that much.
If these rumours are true i'm sure they'll be a ton of teams interested.
If i'm the Oilers I throw Andrew Cogliano + a pick at them and see what happens. If they bite put Khabibulin on waivers and let Bobrovsky and Dubnyk share the starting job and see who comes out on top.
