Why aren't any of these in Toronto?

Because Toronto would get destroyed if they played and MLSE knows they won't sell out if two other teams play.

Fan base is not very happy this year.

while im pretty excited that ESPN has taken interest into showing these games (even if it is ESPN3) im also a little bummed that they show more interest in showing a bunch of friendlies instead of more MLS games.

WE WANT MORE NATIONALLY TELEVISED GAMES FOR MLS

Cant wait to watch my first Chivas GDL game with english commentating tho.

Starts tomorrow.

Which match are you most looking forward to?

Will an MLS club win a game?

If United play MLS all stars I think Becks and Henry will play that game. Should be fun.

TSN, GOL TV Canada to broadcast World Football Challenge

Canada, get your big screen TVs ready for the Herbalife World Football Challenge.

On Wednesday, Major League Soccer and CAA Sports announced that TSN, TSN2 and GOL TV Canada will broadcast live matches of the event.

TSN, Canada’s most-watched specialty network and the official broadcaster of MLS in Canada, as well as TSN2, will broadcast a total of four games. GOL TV Canada, the nation’s 24-hour soccer network, will air eight matches.

The World Football Challenge is this summer’s multi-city event featuring MLS and international teams, including Barcelona FC and Manchester United.

United looks rusty as hell. They missed a lot of opportunities.

But give NE credit, they manage to keep the game scoreless. And they are playing decently well.
