No way was that a 50. His foot was clearly over the line.

Typical NBA star treatment. Any other player and they would have called a travel.

The goal was lowered to around 9 foot or so.

Jordan occasionally joins the Bobcats at practice. Last season head coach Paul Silas held a defensive drill, and Jordan won.

"What are you letting this old guy beat you for?" Silas asked.

Were the players intimidated? Did they not want to show up their boss?

"That's not it," says Silas, as he watches the campers. "Michael can really play defense."

I don't understand why this is so surprising to you guys. He is 50 not 70. He is still 6'6. He is still in pretty good shape. While he no longer likely has nba conditioning of course he can still dunk. I don't expect to see any double pump wind mills, but a simple dunk should not surprise anyone. He can probably still destroy most of the Y's in the country if he showed up to play.
