The Brooklyn Nets are glad to announce the following:

David West has agreed to a contract with the team.

Terms of the deal are still unoffial but beleived to be starting at 6.5 million per.

We feel a 1-4 of Dwill / Ellis / Artest / West can compete with anyone.
NOW, just for that center ; )

There will be a slight delay before I send out more signings. I lost my FA list when PC crashed so have to compile it all over again. :(

The Denver Nuggets are pleased to announce the signing of Center Greg Oden to an offer sheet totaling $60 million over 5 years ($12/yr. flat). We think Greg has a ton of potential left, and believe that, when healthy, he is a top-5 center in this league. Welcome aboard, Greg!

The Portland Trailblazers have 48 hours to match.

The Sac-Town Kings are matching this offer. We are anticipating a deal with the Wizards.

I was mistaken on who had offered me the S+T for Thorton. Since I don't see anything Washington has that I would want (I would love John Wall but lets be serious) I am going to let Thorton go. I like Thorton but I don't want another long contract for another bench player.

Commissioner advised that offer cannot be front end loaded and Detroit changes teh offer to comply. Chuck Hayes accepts a sheet starting at $5M 2012 with 8% increases for 4 years with the 4th year as a TO. Still delighted at the prospect of adding this talent.

Just to clear things up, Vince Carter is a glaring omission from the free agents list seeing as phx has him listed as bought out

The Brooklyn nets have also agreed to a deal with Glen Big Baby Davis.

5 years 5 million per (25 million total)

He will start at center for now, but will eventually be our 3rd big man.
