It was reported on the radio that no offer has been made by the potential owner. It appears this is only in the beginning stages, but now would be an excellent time to buy during the lockout, because the new owner would most likely get approved by the league before the season starts.

True, but nobody reports that talks were moving fast like they have now and that the potential buyer is really pushing to get this done. I will believe it when I see it as well, but this time it looks promising.
