mugzi wrote:Do that and I weigh about 175, so lay off the fried foods and donuts and drop 40 lbs before you think about stepping in the ring chump. And pray that you have at least 5 years of boxing/wrestling or martial arts experience, because if you don't youre in for a surprise princess.

What are you 12 years old? Explains a lot.

Btw, if you are any shorter than 6 feet @ 175 you will be at a slight disadvantage. I'm sure I won't have issues with a guy that daydreams about being a tough guy (sorry, martial arts/boxing/wrestler master) who challenges me to a boxing match six months in advance. Thanks for the afternoon laugh on a slow Thursday. Here's my email, feel free to contact me during Christmas week..lol. LexIs250guy@aol.com

However, you can not sit there and tell me that you don't believe there is a major possibility that what you are reading is false information. There is without a question misinterpretations of the Qur'an out there, not matter how much the distribution of such books is enforced. You may not believe what I have to say, but I can tell you a lot of your info on what the Qur'an itself promotes is false.

Look your 16, I thought I knew everything about everything at that age too, so I can understand your mindset to a point.

What do you call suicide bombings, stonings, beheadings etc? Are you going to put your head in the sand and tell me these things dont happen in the Muslim world? Really?

Ive read the quran cover to cover, first in my teens then a few years ago. I bought the book from a new agey spiritual book store which would not sell anything but the quran you refer to.

So these verses I quoted are in that same book, and they promote bigotry and intolerance towards Jews, Christians and any other non believer.

If you want to embrace Islam fine, but embrace the positive not the negative and speak out against those who continue to give your faith a bad name, thats what Im saying.
Trust but verify.

And combo guard, your one to talk, the hardest thing about you is figuring out which team your a fan of the Knicks or Pistons.

Both of yall are all bark no bite.

I mean this 110% I'll step in the ring whenever Im in town. Heck we can line up a few challengers, Im in better shape, faster and stronger than Ive ever been and definitely more than you'll ever be.

I'm coming in here late and haven't read the whole thread, but I have said the same about the bible.

I do not embrace what happens but the Qur'an does not promote that. And I have said I am against those who give my faith a bad name. I have no reason to feel what they do is right.

mugzi wrote:Why even engage in a debate if your not going to answer any of the questions? That already shows you've lost.

And if you're going to step up and call me out, then decalre yourself a Muslim then be prepared to be called out and have your piety called into question. Then be a hypocrite at the end of your post and call me out for making fun of your screen name when you started out by calling me an idiot. No one likes hypocrisy- MO.

Would your imam approve of your avatar? If Islam feels thats the way women should be portrayed than why are women clad in hijabs and burkas to cover their bodies in the muslim world?

And did you read my posts or gloss over them?

I do have two Muslim friends and they are good men, and good Americans. They share many of my sentiments and are alarmed by the growing threat of radical Islam. We disagree as to the validity of your prophet but that is what it is.

And these are directly from your holy text, so don't tell me that these are some infidel propaganda to distort the truth about your religion. Your religion needs to get out of the 7th century and join the 21st century or fade away.

2:193-”Fight against them (unbelievers) until there is no dissension, and the religion is for Allah.”
Fight until no other religion exists but Islam.

5:12-16-”Allah made a covenant with the children of Israel…. But because they broke their covenant, we cursed them and hardened their hearts. They changed the words from their places and have forgotten a portion of what they were reminded…. With those who called themselves Christians, we made a covenant, but they have forgotten much of what they were reminded. Therefore, we stirred among them enmity and hatred till the day of resurrection.”

9:30-”The Jews say Ezra is the son of Allah, while the Christians (who follow Paul) say the messiah is the son of Allah. such are their assertions, by which they imitate those who disbelieved before. Allah fights them! How perverted are they!”

5:51-”O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them in friendship is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.”

Religion of peace, yep.

Exactly what is wrong about those verses? When its says "Fight", it doesnt mean physically, it means fight their beliefs. Then how can somebody who carries different beliefs and different beliefs in the proper way of life be your friend? Islam doesnt believe in friendship, it believes in brotherhood. Friends are fake. So you cant be Muslim and have "fake" brothers or so called "friends".

You wouldn't be interested in my mom. She would take the necklace apart and give individual pearls to different people. Socialism b1tch!
