Neither are gonna net us a Comp Pick, and neither are part of future going forward.
So if we can get a little something, that be great. Plus Edwin is starting to hit the ball pretty well lately.

Just curious, but what would the motivation be to move them? Clear up salary for next season? So you advocate a big free agent push? Trade them for second tier prospects? Because they won't net you any better.
There should be a plan in place. We shouldn't be selling "because that's what .500 teams in the AL East do".
So what is your rationale? Neither EE nor Fraser have contract obligations extending beyond next season and EE can be bought out of his for six figures. I'm not arguing they are important to keep, just that they aren't the worst trash on this roster right now. If we move them, it should be part of the plan, not just a salary dump.

FWIW, Dotel was still ranked as a Type B FA not too long ago. It might be hard to get better value than that for him on the trade market.

With how terrible Cabrera has been(numbers are trending downward on the season), it wouldn't be surprising to see Cabrera completely lose his job. Could see Encarnacion jumping ahead of him. Omar Visquel isn't likely to match last year's ab's and probably won't surpass 210 on the year in addition to having an inferior 2011.
By no means a guarantee but I think he's got a ok chance.
The Lawrie situation definitely muddies the proposition but I wouldn't put it passed Anthopolous and Farrell to get creative with playing time.
