I agree, a mod with 2k11 should do this, we can still do a vote and see how accurate it was.

Sounds good. I expect us not to do well as I doubt there is any kind of championship boost for Mavs and the data are pre-playoffs when not many believed they will win. I guess the draft would went a bit differently if we had that in mind, still sounds like fun. And offseason will be long. Just what if somone picks non-NBA player? (probably moot but still) Edit. and what about rookies?

Dwight = C/PF

Manu = SG/SF

Monta = PG/SF

Some other guy = Great guy I'm sure. Can't remember who you are though.

I did it this way so I wouldn't be boned too hard trying to find enough bench depth to have a 48 minute team.

EDIT: Sweet! I picked Ty Lawson drunk? I should have been wasted this whole time :D

:lol: :lol:
First Manu can't play SF "extremely well",his body canoot that that much hit and he would be undersized there,which will fatigue a player who can only play around 32 minutes due to fatigue factors to begin with.
Second,Monta at SF?Let's say it's a typo (SG),I don't think he plays PG that well either,he just has too little court vision and he plays the best off-ball (see 07-08 with BDiddy)
For one I considered picking Kidd with Ellis in the earlier rounds but somehow I gave up.

Manu has been playing SF even this year dude. He's fine at it as long as you don't expect to give him the majority of his minutes there and I don't. And monta will still get the majority of his time at SG.

Oh, and they all get assists out the ass anyway. They'll all be off ball a lot of the time.

I could run it with the three most popular rosters too. And upload the roster that has the 12 teams on it for you guys to download and look over.

I'm trying to decide between Bismack and Tyrus to pair with Dwight. Any help? lol

EDIT Found another player who fits nothing: Udonis Haslem. Sad too, I liked him for my team.

Neither one fits well next to Dwight, IMO. You'd be better off with a guy like Bargnani or some other guy who can stretch the floor a bit for Dwight to have the post and your guards to cut in.

Wasn't Bargnani on that no category dream team? (I had no good reason to do the research on him to rule out all the categories but I trust others who did)

I think so but as you I didn't really feel the need to check closely for a non rebounding frontcourt player. :lol:

I like both the Perkins and Varejao selections. Good pickups.

Ps. Jrue has been put under the wrong spot on my team. Should be non lotto not allstar.

I was hoping Perkins would fall one more time, I decided to go to my bench this round and got burnt!

Tyrus doesn't play on the block which is why he was an option. Haslem would be good because he can shoot too.

Gallinari, however, is an excellent shooter and will do nicely instead.
