Rate my team
10 team standard league, head-to-head. I picked last in the first round, first in the second, and so on.
1. Roddy White
2. LeSean McCoy
3. Knowshon Moreno
4. Antonio Gates
5. Big Ben
6. Brandon Lloyd
7. Felix Jones
8. Austin Collie
9. Pierre Thomas
10. Joe Flacco
11. Michael Bush
12. Plaxico Burress
13. Lance Moore
14. Ochocinco
15. Lions D
16. David Akers
Depth Chart looks like this:
QB: Big Ben, Flacco
RB: McCoy, Moreno, Jones, Thomas, Bush
WR: White, Lloyd, Collie, Burress, Moore, Ochocinco
TE: Gates
Honestly, I feel really good about this draft. I didn't panic, I went for hail mary's in the later rounds, and I don't feel like I have any glaring holes.
Gates would be my only reach, but I wasn't up again for 20 picks, and if I wanted a good tight end, that was the time to do it. Someone always grabs a TE early, this time it was me! I'm okay with it though.
Anyways, I wouldn't say I'm stacked at any position, but solid throughout. And if some team picks up Plaxico, or if Ocho stays in Cinci and eats up all the targets TO was getting, or Pierre Thomas stays healthy and gets the nod ahead Ingram this year, I could have some serious depth!

Re: Rate my team
Moreno in the 3rd? Gross.
Not loving your team in a 10 team league honestly.
Should certainly be competitive though and with a bit of luck be the real deal.
Ocho was a straight steal there, but this was before he was traded...
IDK how I feel about Lloyd either, I think he was more or less a one year wonder. I don't think he'll fall into an abyss, but I feel kind of like he's the new Braylon Edwards and if Tebow winds up the QB, he might just plummet like a stone.

I know. I'm not a big Moreno fan, myself. But imo he was the best that was left (DWill, Ryan Williams, JStewart), and I needed to grab another RB.
I'm counting on Felix Jones to have a good year, and hopefully give me some insurance at RB. Wasn't a sexy pick, but I think he was the safest pick there. With Bush out of NO, it should be a Thomas/Ingram platoon. If he can stay healthy, Thomas gives me some good depth in the backfield as well.

Yeah I don't really like Ocho in NE. Lloyd won't have a repeat of last season, but if he comes anywhere close he'll be a good #2. I'm crossing my fingers that Orton stays, but John Fox should dial things down in that offense regardless.
In hindsight, I'm not in love with this team either. My main league's draft isn't for a couple of weeks, though, so all is not lost!
What's your take on Percy Harvin in a PPR league? With Rice gone and McNabb in, I think he's going to have a good year. I'm hoping to snag him in the middle of the draft this year.

I have a feeling you'll like my other teams better.
A Johnson
Mendenhall
Forte
Austin
Romo
Clark
Manningham
D Thomas
E Manning
B Edwards
R Brown
Branch
T Jones
R Jennings
Lions
Rackers
QB: Romo, Manning
RB: Mendenhall, Forte, Thomas, Brown, Jones, Jennings
WR: AJ, Austin, Manningham, Edwards, Branch
TE: Clark
That's my second team.
-------------------------------------------------------
My third one, which I have yet to draft in, is a 12 team, 3-keeper, PPR league. I have Charles and McCoy at RB, Brees at QB, Wallace, Wayne, and Boldin at WR. Those are basically my choices for keepers. But it gets tricky, because you can keep 1 from rounds 1-5, 1 from 6-10, and 1 from 11-16.
Wayne #1
Charles #4
Brees #1
McCoy #3
Wallace #8
Branch #16
Side note: some dude gets to keep Arian Foster in place of his 12th pick this season. Talk about gross!
EDIT: I was wrong about my draft slots for some of my keepers, so I adjusted them.

Very strong team. I like Graham a lot as a TE. Not too confident in Schaub, but considering the talent you have around him he should be more than adequate. You're going to have a hard time deciding on your RB2, as all those guys are around the same tier imo.

MJD was worth Handcuffing, if you look as my leagues, I drafted Jennings in a couple of my leagues on the idea that MJD goes down at some point this season. Most of the backside of your RB pool has a lot of upside but is kinda dependent on someone else going on the shelf for a while
Your WR's take a bit of a dive after the first two, you've got a solid team overall, but no clear #3 guy.
Big Ben is a solid QB, but he's not good enough to not have a backup
Looking forward to your thoughts on my teams

With the talent pool that was left, and the way my keeper league runs (rewards finding diamonds in the rough late in the draft), that was what I aimed for.
-Thomas: when healthy, has been productive even when sharing a backfield. Right now, he's competing with a rookie (albeit a good one) for carries, and we all know how inconsistent rookies can be.
-Bush: One McFadden injury away from full time carries
-LT: Green struggled last year, and it's not impossible that it happens again. I like Greene this year, but I figure there's at least a respectable chance that last season repeats itself.
-Tate: If Foster goes down (which he re-injured that hamstring again today), look out.
I don't know. My view is that all I need is one of those situations to play out and I got myself another starting RB.
Your WR's take a bit of a dive after the first two, you've got a solid team overall, but no clear #3 guy.
Truthfully, I'm more confident in Lance Moore's ability to play the #3 role than I am in Austin's ability to play the #2 role, or Wallace to play the #1.
Big Ben is a solid QB, but he's not good enough to not have a backup
I'm rolling the dice on him staying healthy, and just picking up a waiver wire qb for his bye week. I've played the guessing game with two mediocre qbs too many times. I'm just going to plug Big Ben in there every week and ride it out.
I'm hoping that having a top flight TE, two top flight RBS, and two very good WRs will offset my uncertainty at the #3 spot (though for now Moore is who I like).
Looking forward to your thoughts on my teams

I think you've got some clear strengths and some clear problem areas.
Your starting WR group is probably among the best in your league. I'm not real comfortable with your starting RB. Mendenhall had over 400 touches last year and most guys that do that often take a significant step back the following season. Greene is a guy I'd like much more as a flex rather than a #2, as a #2, he's kinda weak. Redskins are nothing but question marks all the way around, I didn't draft anyone on that team. The bench is almost exactly flipped. Starks, Spiller & Jennings is a solid group of backup RB's. Wouldn't surprise me if Starks outperforms Greene depending on how big a role Ryan Grant plays. Jennings could be huge if MJD ends up injured. Your backup wideouts are pretty weak, I'd bet there are some ones I'd like better on the waiver wire right now, but with those starting WR's, you're not going to use your backups unless there's an injury or for bye weeks.
Your QB situation looks good, I'm not sold on Kolb yet, but as a backup it's no big loss.
Lions DST could be interesting....I've got them on my 14 team league team, hoping Suh has another monster year.
Graham's a popular late TE, I've got him on a couple of my teams as well.
Would be interested in seeing your thoughts on my teams

Like the Team but I'd look for a WR on waivers that can be pluged into the 3 spot from time to time who gets a lot of balls in the slot like Harry Douglas or someone like that being that it's a PPR league.

12 Team Work Leauge. TD heavy, no PPR and points are scaled back to 1 point per 25 yards rushing or receiving. Drafted in the 9 spot.
1. Chris Johnson - Stoked to have had him drop now that he's signed.
2. Run DMC
3. V Jax
4. Dez Bryant
5. Santonio Holmes
6. Payton Manning
7. Beanie Wells
8. Lee Evans
9. Jared Cook
10. Brandon Jacobs
11. Kyle Orton
12. Antonio Brown
13. CJ Spiller
14. SF Def/ST
15. Alex Henery K Phila
Feel pretty good about it. Esspecially if Manning only misses a game or two. Getting him in the 6th round was sweet and having CJ2K fall to 9 was real good value.

Manning a steal, too early on Evans/Cook. Like the Brown pick late. Don't love Henery. He'll get extra points, but he's REALLY shaky right now on FGs. Got the leg, but totally inconsistent.

How's mine look? 12 team H2H, standard scoring non-PPR league:
QB: Michael Vick
RB: Jamaal Charles, DeAngelo Williams
WR: Mike Wallace, Dez Bryant, Santonio Holmes
TE: Marcedes Lewis
K: Rob Bironas
D: Detroit Lions
Bench:
Knowshon Moreno
Jahvid Best
Josh Freeman
Sidney Rice
Ryan Grant
Greg Olsen
Yeah, I went crazy on the RBs because I was worried about D.Williams's health and also because I'm hoping to leverage some of them into a package for a better RB/WR. Thoughts?

I've got to say, I'm not a big fan of your team overall, you have some bright spots, but you reached for players far too often.
You've got an unusual roster setup with the 2 flex positions that include TE availability.
By round 7 you'd drafted a QB and 2 TE, which made your WR & RB fairly weak.
And of the guys you selected in the early rounds, I would have waited or avoided some of them all together.
McFadden - as likely to be a one-hit wonder as a 1st round talent
Wayne - clearly seems to be regressing, and Manning has some health issues
Finley - has trouble staying healthy, hasn't finished a season playing all 16 games yet
Hightower - Washington is a mess in general, and Shannahan seems to take a special pleasure in screwing with fantasy football owners
Having said that, I think some of your late picks have some real homerun potential
(Tate, Benn, B. Gibson)
I like both your DST picks, but don't understand why you took 2 in a 12 team league unless it was required
You reached too often on your early picks, but could make up for it if you hit on some of your late round choices
Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity over humanity, nothing exceeds most of the criticisms made on the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed.

D: Detroit Lions

Josh Freeman
Sidney Rice
Ryan Grant
Greg Olsen
Yeah, I went crazy on the RBs because I was worried about D.Williams's health and also because I'm hoping to leverage some of them into a package for a better RB/WR. Thoughts?
That looks like a contender to me. You have 5 startable RBs, a very strong WR group (Rice will not be a factor imo). Usually, a group like that seems to be paired with a weaker QB/TE combo, but Lewis is solid and Vick could easily be the best QB this year. Not to mention you have a good backup in case he goes down. I really like that team.

Re: Rate my team
my team sucks imo
i was on first 2 picks, then internet knocked me off and then auto pick i think
...i had the 9th pick, so i was happy to get mccoy in the 2nd rd, but then i got knocked off
qb- rodgers and kolb
wr, 3 have to be started - wayne, desean jackson, bowe, stevie johnson, jordy nelson, johnny knox
rb: 2 have to be started: mccoy, green ellis, cedric, addai, m. bush
sd is def
NE kicker
im thinking of trading a high drafted wr for a rb?
