You know, one of the most interesting things about those highlights is how few of those passes were to Dalembert and how many of those assists were dished out with Cousins playing C while Daly was off the floor. When I was re-watching some of these games myself it didn't really stand out to me overtly, but that is probably one of the reasons I'm wasn't so sure if signing Daly back is the best move. I did however see more than a few attempted assists delivered to Daly right under the basket of which he butter fingered into the stands.

Offensively, losing Dally isn't a concern at all. In fact, it's probably more of a plus. It's the defensive end that worries me.

Re: Cousins' passing in action
If Daly was a one man defensive machine I would totally be all in for retaining Daly at all costs, but his short comings as a player are real and IMO could be more damaging to this team than the positives of finding someone that's a little more balanced. If I were certain that this team didn't need a strong finisher next to Cousins it would change my mind, but I think Cousins as a player as well as this team as a whole was more dangerous without Dalembert on the floor and those highlights showed why.
