I'm also getting offers that are different for Deron Williams in terms of his max, so I wanted to clarify. Since you guys played out the 2011-12 season, that would give Deron 7 years of NBA experience, meaning he is eligible to receive a first year salary equivalent to 30% of the $62M salary cap (that first year amount is greater than 105% of his previous year salary).

So a 6 year offer for a team that holds his bird rights is as follows:

6 years, $141M (approximately)
$18,600,000
$20,553,000
$22,506,000
$24,459,000
$26,412,000
$28,365,000

For a team that doesn't hold his bird rights:

5 years, $108M (approximately)
$18,600,000
$20,088,000
$21,576,000
$23,064,000
$24,552,000

correct, same numbers could be used for CP3

Dwight actually can start a deal at $18,996,358 since 105% of his previous salary is more then 30% of the cap

IF your roster is not up to date with all 2012/13 info then you will not be eligible to sign a FA.

Besides the player salaries you must also have...

1. amounts for all 1st round picks as part of your teams salaries(rights = the actual number listed on 2011 Rookie salaries ) that will be your cap hold.

2. cap holds for RFAs (if RFA is getting below MLE then 300% of last season = cap hold, if above MLE then 250% of last season = cap hold.

3. cap holds for empty roster spots under 12 ($473,604)

4. any money owed to waived players

5. correct team salary including all above info

Miami is now interested in the trade market

here is what I am thinking of running out there at the moment

PG: LBJ / Chalmers / Flynn
SG: Matthews / Morrow / Ellington
SF: S.Jackson / (LBJ) / AK47
PF: LMA /(AK47)
C : Bogut / R.Lopez (RFA)

Stephen Jacksons $10mil exp contract as well as all of my reserves are available.

If a top tier PG is offered, anyone except LBJ can be discussed.

V.Claver is in buy out talks in Europe and may come to the NBA this season, but his unsigne ddraft rites plau the rites to S.Mack, HOU 2013 1st, LAL 2014 1st and my 2014 1st are all also available

ok, please don't shoot the messanger, but this is what I am understanding

I, SamBone am only the agent for the RFAs. Any offer for a RFA can be sent to me jjbail10@yahoo.com

If you want to make an offer for a Tier 2 FA who is not retricted, you need to email the panel. I would send it to all 5 unless one of the stated that they are bidding on your guy

NW7 - nwier712@hotmail.com
Koponen - mr6890a@american.edu
Warriorfan - joebernabe@yayhoo.com
why22 - fouad2294@hotmail.com
mtamasi - mtamasi@hotmail.com

I was informed that there are going to be some conflicts of interest for Mr. Tim Duncan, with that being said, ALL offers for Timmy should be sent to me and only me! ( jjbail10@yahoo.com) He is the only UFA, that i will field offers for. If you snt in an offer already. PLEASE resend it to assure that it will be considered. Do not bother with MLE offers, I have been told he will be getting more!

I do not believe a decission on tier 3 and 4 UFAs has been made yet, so none of them can be signed until commish rocdogg decides how they should be handled

Most destinations have been agreed on but notice has not been given yet. So if you have deep pockets and a good team you can make your offers.

Tier 2 Free Agents listed as wanting to get paid can still be blown away with a really big offer.

If I sign a RFA, does the other team have 24 or 48 hours to match?

Atlanta here. Current roster:

PG: Devin Harris / Delonte West
SG: Jamal Crawford / Pape Sy
SF: Wilson Chandler / Shawn Marion
PF: Al Horford / Kevin Seraphin
C: Al Jefferson / Zaza Pachulia

Looking to move Al Jefferson for a more natural Center, guys like Nene, Noah, maybe even Chandler of interest in the right deal.

Shawn Marion and Jamal Crawford are also available, preferably for rebuilding pieces.
There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.
