I'm the two time defending champion in my league and get to keep four players.
The league has 1 QB, 2 RB's, 1 RB/WR, 2 WR's.
I can keep four out of the following group: Vick, Brees, Adrian Peterson, Arian Foster, Maurice Jones Drew, and Calvin Johnson.
Right now, I'm leaning towards: one of Vick/Brees, Peterson, Foster, and one of MDJ/Calvin Johnson, and then trading the extra two for early draft picks for a keeper starved team.
What would you do?

Definitely keeping Foster and Megatron.
After that, not sure.
Will your league have many good QB's available in the draft?
I think you have to keep Peterson as well. Yeah actually on second thought you absolutely do.
Vick I'm trading, same with MJD.
Brees I might hold onto. Might only keep three and trade him as well depending.

Pretty easy decision for me. Foster, Peterson, Calvin Johnson are no brainer keepers. I'd keep Brees, myself, as I don't think he carries the risk Vick does. If you think you can get a good backup in the draft, I'd take Vick.
Also, do your keepers take the place of specific draft picks? That can affect the value of the keepers a bit, but in general you want to keep the best players.

I would try and trade Vick. His stock cant get any higher and you already have a stud QB.

Re: Fantasy Football Keeper Help
The one guy I'd definitely not keep is MJD.
With AP & Foster, you don't really need MJD
I'd keep Johnson and one of QB's
If I were in your spot, I'd put it out there that MJD and one of your QB's are available and have teams get into a bidding war.
