Watched him against Spain, and while Spain pretty much dominated, that kid was impressive.

Heard Vela might be on his way to Real Sociedad, it's a shame, he's very talented.

Also with Wenger applying for a work permit for Ryo, if he gets it then Campbell would have to go on loan becuase you are only allowed to get one special work permit a year.

As for Vela, he is very talented, but he just does not have the mentality. Shame becuase like I said that the talent is there.

Heard Arsenal are signing three players this week. One is Alex Chamberlain, I hear. I'm hoping the others are Mata, and a defender.

I would still go for Cahill or Jagielka becuase I don't think Per has the pace to play the high line that Arsenal plays.

Campbell's father was Irish, so I don't think he needs the special talent Visa. But I'm not 100% on that, just what I've read online. I like Campbell though, reminds a bit of Eto'o.

I really like Chamberlain. Similar pace to Walcott, but far better technique. Looks to have a bit more of a footballers brain too.

I just hopevwe get our business with the outgoing players sorted soon. It's holding up all the incoming deals. Should be action this week, I hope.

I prefer either of those two, as well. But 18 for Cahill on the last year of his deal is outrageous and poor business. I like Cahill most though. Jagielka would fit well, I think. He's experienced and good on the ball, but 15 is a fair bit, and I don't think he's that much better than Per who'd be a third of the price.

Or we can sign Cheillini and be done with it :)

Yes please to any of Mata, Mertesacker, Jagielka, Cahill, Campbell and Alexander Mark David Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Vela, meh.

Worried about LB, DM and Chamakh.

@YoungGunsBlog
Looks like Oxlade-Chamberlain deal is £7m up front, with a total fee of £12m, plus another £3m in variable bonuses.

That is a lot of money on a young player. Hoepfully he turns into a world beater and it will be woth it.

@YoungGunsBlog
BBC saying Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has signed for Arsenal, and the club hope to announce the deal later today.

Looks like Modric told VDV that he's going to stay.

Apparently Van der Vaart said Sneijder wants to be in the Premier League and made specific mention to Man Utd:

Really like the Chamberlain signing.

Bendtner has confirmed he'll be exiting Arsenal soon, if Vela goes too, we will need to sign another striker. Or it leaves us with just Van Persie, Chamakh, Walcott, and Gervinho, at striker. If Chamakh keeps playing like a Denilson-esque striker than that's scary.

Reports in France suggest Samir Nasri has completed discussions with Manchester City over a move to the north west.

French radio station RMC report the attacker, who is currently preparing for his country's game with Chile on Wednesday night, has agreed personal terms with the FA Cup holders.

They say the player will receive an annual salary of £6m and that City will make a formal bid to Arsenal of around £22m shortly.

Nasri, who is training with the French team in the south of the country, has less than a year too run on his Arsenal deal.

Newspaper L'Equipe said earlier this week that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was softening to the idea of selling the player he has desperately tried to keep in north London.

A lot of reports in France saying that Nasri is off to City. Hopefully this means Mata to Arsenal.

I'm a big Afobe fan, and Campbell looks good. But neither are proven, Walcott isn't a true striker yet. With RVP's injury history, and Chamakhs second half of last year, I'm not 100% confident.
