On Friday I'm taking my son to Washington D.C to meet up some of my
East Coast Family from New York, Chicago, and Miami.
I'll be back in a week hopefully we can get something going before Summer ends.

I've talked about the dude in here before--the 6'5 white lanky dude. It wasn't nasty or anything, but it still got a tiny, little bit of reaction from the people playing. I was guarding him, he drove right for like a right-handed layup, got past me by a hair, he went up I went up, and he just dunked it. Nothing huge, but it was the first time I've ever been dunked on.

When my homies used to dunk on cats we would all yell out "SUB" for the poor soul who would get posterized. LoL


As for me I'm not a heavy dunker I'm only 5'11 -6'0.
This past year I've been working out hard like when I played at my junior college in 2001-2004 getting back to my old self.
Of course not being the same as I used to just glad I'm back to grabbing rim with two hands and getting my dirty one handed leaner dunk in again.

basically mung bean sprouts and sweet potato and sometimes with tofu wrapped with wanton wrapper then deep fried. dipped to vinegar with garlic and chili then eat away!
