Not really sure who's going to play tonight. I'm just so pumped football is back! Even if it's games that don't count. I'm excited to see how Ras-I does. Also how mallet does, even though I don't want him playing ANY time soon.

First Half Thoughts

-Hoyer and the offense have been pretty sharp. Minus fumbles Hernandez.
-Our defense is showing flashes. Good red zone stops, holding them to FG's, and they've been getting pressure on Gabbert.
-Special Teams is the really ugly part of this game. It's been awful.

Ridley looks like a real deal RB, the competition is what it is but he looks good.

Sure does. I always thought he was gonna be the odd man out this year, not in terms of being cut, but in number of carries.

Anyway, total domination. Awesome.

Top 3 players of the game

1. Ridley - 3 TD's, racked up the yards, ran hard. The guy really made an impact in his first game, and is showing that he want's to be up there opn the depth chart in NE's committee of backs.

2. Taylor Price - The whole camp we heard reports of this WR making a strong push to knock tate off and secure his spot on the Depth Chart as 5th wide receiver. He showed it here, great performance.

3. Hoyer/Mallet - I can't pick one. Both QB's had great games.

I really enjoyed the total dominance last night. Good first game of the year to start off on. I also agree that the special teams really need some improvement. Only real issue that I had came from watching them.

I know it's only one preseason game, but very encouraging IMO. To me the team appeared to have a chemistry and a swagger that I haven't seen in a bit...
