It seems almost certain that the Blue Jays will not sign first-round draft pick Tyler Beede, according to a source familiar with the situation.
Beede, a right-hander out of Massachusetts, is expected to honor his commitment to Vanderbilt University.
Toronto drafted Beede with the 21st overall pick.
Beede would be eligible for the First-Year Player Draft again in 2014.
wow, either this guy has a huge ego, or he just dosent eant tobe in Toronto. He is a first round draft pick so unless he thinks he can improve i dunno, likely he he fall lower in the "2014" draft, thats a long ways away.................. then again i heard he wanted to be in Boston and teams passed on him for that, but AA took him anyway
