first of all I dont think Boston does this. Second, what is Glen Davis' contract like? Third, what is Jermaine's contract like? At this point, Jermaine is a respected benchwarmer and not much else....

I'd probably do it. I think we take a talent hit, but, we also get arguably the best player in the trade. I really like Rondo and have proposed a VERY similar trade not long ago.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

We'd see a lot of zone played against us and I don't know how we'd break it to be honest. Hayward is the only one that can shoot, except for Millsap in the fourth quarter.

Yikes, give up our two best players for a pg who can't shoot and a back up pf? Who knows what rondo is like without 3 hall of famers.

Terrible trade.

We don't have two better or more productive players on our team that big al and devin Harris. Not even close. I like Hayward and favors more, but they aren't our best right now.

I thought Milsap and Hwayward were our best 2 last year.

Hayward has potential to be a great player.

But his game came too late in the season to say he did better than Harris or Jefferson.

Next year should be more interesting.

I think people forget that Al Jefferson averaged 19/9/2/2 last year shooting 50%/76%. Those are really, really good numbers.

Devin Harris was learning a new system, and coming back from injury, and still put up 16/5.

Burks and Rondo would be the worst shooting back court in the NBA...on the other hand, they could lead the NBA in steals/assists.

Rondo is overrated player who only puts up big assist numbers because of the players around him.

that's why i say no to this trade

Rondo 100 times better than Harris
Big Baby--Al is a wash but I like Al bc he can play center but Big Al has terrible contract

Celtics would NEVER do this trade!!! The only way they do this trade is if the Jazz add Hayward and then the Jazz wouldnt do it.

Simply cant happen bc Rondo means too much to Celtics! To get him you need to give up alot (ie either Favors or Hayward) who I dont trade for anyone on their team.

The future is bright in Utah and we just need to continue forward rebuilding the team around Hayward and Favors plus the 2 draftees. We also need to get rid of the trash (Harris and Big Al).
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

Thats a bit much. Rondo is a great PG but to say he is 100 times better I dunno. hes better as a pure PG his game how ever has take a step backwards offensively. I also dont think jeffersons washed up if almost averaging a 20 10 is washed up than Id like to get a few more washed up players like that. I do agree that neither team would go through with this trade. It just doesn't add up. Utah is trying to get rid of a PF to make room for our rookies so why get rid of one just to add two. In my opinion and this is just my opinion Utah would be giving up too much.

I disagree. KG doesnt have many years left, much less at an elite level. Big for small and young for old is the rule of any tread, if you can pull it off. Al is young, and a big. Rondo is a PG who can't shoot, on a team full of great players in a league full of great point guards.

I think Boston would do this trade without thinking twice.

Hm, many times is hear words that Al has terrible contract.

For 19+9+2 for young center is really bad contract?

About the trade.

One word = no way.
