That would be huge. I think one or both of these guys will be on the Fox show if they are available though.

That being said, people (myself included) are assuming the UFC is going to go all-in for their debut on Fox on November 12, but I don't think they are going to neglect the Toronto audience either.

In addition to all of the names being thrown around for the Fox show, guys fighting at 134 (Silva, Okami, Shogun, Griffin, Big Nog, Schaub) should be available for 140, and if Jones does in fact walk through Rampage like some are predicting, they might be able to do the Rashad fight as well.

If Lesnar can return to his old beastly hunting form, I think he wins, pretty easily.

I am not sold on Overeem in MMA and I actually buy into the fact Zuffa moved him from the Grand Prix to get him out of the way of Bigfoot and into a huge PPV with Brock.

K-1 is one thing, but I think Mir could beat Overeem, and we all know what Brock did to him.

Too early to say though.

And I would buy that card in second, because the physiques alone will be something to see.

I just picture Overeem being taken out on a stretcher, deliriously claiming how strong Shogun's ground and pound is. Then I imagine Shogun standing beside Brock...

^^^ Well I see Brock Lesnar running like Floyd Mayweather and then stumbling into fetal position after getting hit by Cain Velesquez. Then I imagine Cain standing next to Overeem and remind myself that Overeem's K-1 proven knee strikes will be waiting for Brock Lesnar whenever he tries to go for a takedown.

^ Mayweather "runs"? LOL. Stop watching martial arts, for the love of God. He does not run in the least. He uses his legs less than the vast majority of under 160 fighters in boxing.

re: Brock. He has vocalized some anti-Canada sentiment in the past, after that hunting trip to Manitoba. It could sell the fight or it could mean Brock entirely refusing to fight in Canada again. He's that much of a meathead.

No Mayweather doesn't run. He just perpetually moves away from his opponents.

Like with slips and head movement?

He should really "stand and trade", let's be honest. Boxing would be more popular if it took MMA's tough man contest mentality and threw around FOTN bonuses.

Mayweather will very often just completely plant his feet or deliberately back himself into the ropes in order to duck and shoulder roll and slip. He doesn't stick and move... he doesn't "run". You don't know what you're watching. Paulie Malignaggi or, like, Ali vs Spinks I, that's running. Mayweather doesn't fight like that in the least.

Go away.

Wow. You talk alot of crap but when it comes down to it you would rather your opponent just go away. Sounds like you're doing a pretty good Mayweather impression yourself.

Would be an interesting match. I'd love to see reem actually face up against the top end UFC fighters, just to get the answer either which way.

You can't connect the dots there Redd, Overeem is a much better fighter now. JDS showed that an elite striker can hang with these big strong wrestlers.. And we all know how much Brock likes to get hit..

It is a winnable fight for Brock if he gets the fight where he wants it to be. But, it is also a dangerous fight for Brock because Overeeem is very good at what Brock does not like...being punched in the face.

Don't look at me. I came on here to insult Brock Lesnar but apparently mocking Floyd Mayweather at the same time is going to far for some people.

It might be the drugs but I think Lesnar's got this....

I really like Overeem & people can mention the Cain V Lesnar fight but Cain is an elite wrestler with a strong chin(aside the Kongo fight).....If Lesnar gets Overeem down it could be nighty night Alistair who has struggled with G'n'P in the past.

Damn, that would've been a good main or co-main on the Toronto card. I was looking forward to seeing those two live.
