Seems like it's been a yr and a day since we have seen the Braves play, with the 2 games over the weekend PPD and off day today.

Jurrjens needs a good outing against Washington. He gave up 6 runs against them during his previous meeting against them.

Alex had the best opportunity to score us more than 1 run, but he is just awful at the plate.

I know that 2nd run was Unearned, but the double to Morse just irritates me. I swear I hate this feeling, but I am losing so much confidence in JJ since the AS Break. I start to look at the AJC online to see if I see something about him being skipped over when his time to pitch comes up. I just get a really bad feeling when he is pitching for us. And I hate that feeling because I really like him.

I have no idea what will happen in the off season. You know Boras will put a number out there based on JJ's 1st half numbers and it will be no where near what Frank Wren will consider. Question is, will Wren get near a number JJ considers or will we let him walk and take the Compensatory pick.

Jurrjens has allowed 16 runs in 16 IP in 3 starts vs Nats since All Star break.

JJ just needs to sit for the rest of the regular season. We cannot afford to pitch him and just give games away.

I'm concerned about a number of our free agents. Boras is always a concern and he represents many of our players. I feel positive that JJ will return.
