Orlando Magic uses Rashard rule on Gilbert Arenas, who's now a free agent.
We also waive cap holds of Adonal Foyle, Jeremy Richardson, Antohny Johnson, Tyronn Lue, Pat Garrity, Malik Allen, Fran Vasquez.

Golden State uses the Rashard Lewis rule to waive Andris Biedrins. (And this provides an opportunity to offer up my favorite bit of NBA trivia: Last year, Dwight Howard made ten or more free throws in a single game seventeen times. And Andris Biedrins, playing 1,397 minutes over 55 games, made ten free throws in the entire season.)

Golden State waives cap holds on all the guys not shown on my roster page, i.e. Radmanovic, Law, Thornton, Chris Hunter, Devean George.

Everyone may send offers to resign their own free agents starting immediately. Send those offers to gmateamcommish@yahoo.com

Sunday evening I will update the free agency list and will have all teams that have sent offers to resign their own free agents notified of whether or not their offer was accepted.

The format I want for resigning them will go like this:

Subject: Name of team, Name of free agents

1. Player you want to resign
---why he should sign with you, include expected role---
---clear salaries for each year you wish to sign your player to---
---whether or not it will be part of a sign and trade, and to what team---

EDIT: Just because you send an offer doesn't mean it will be accepted, and if it declines it shouldn't stop you from sending a new offer in general free agency.

All signings above are confirmed. Nene was a tough decision, but Denver has a lot of ability to make moves and their aren't many situations that would be better for him.
