DeJuan Blair is in serious talks to play in Russia during the NBA lockout, according to sources.

Blair would be eligible to return to the NBA when a deal is reached.

A deal can be agreed upon within the week.

No word on what team he's talking too. But i'm happy to hear that he's going to be playing during the lockout, I was worried he was going to pack on the pounds.

Its offical Blair has signed with Krsnye Krylan Samara of Russia. The deal has an opt out clause in case there is a this an NBA season this year and Blair has taken out an insurance policy against injury.

Whatever helps his game. Plus a player of his build would be prone to weight gain with an extended offseason/lockout.

good for him since he was on minimum contract for next 2 seasons...

i think it was either signing in europe or appearing in most stupid rap videos with the monotone voice
