Houston Rockets announce the signing of their 2011 1st round Draft Picks - Donants Montiejunas and Marcus Morris. In addition, the Rockets have also signed the rookie contracts of their newly acquired draft rights to Kenneth Faried and Jordan Hamilton. All players have agreed to 3 year terms at 100% of the rookie scale.

You would be correct, you can resign your own players (including rookies) and sign players for the minimum.

The Indiana Pacers would like to use the Rashard Lewis rule on James Posey. James Posey is now a free agent. We may bring him back on a cheaper deal.
