Suns Board Fantasy Drafts start 11/29 - Order Announced!

Well even though there's no confirmation of when or if the season will start, the forum is dead so we may as well get some fantasy league chatter going. We'll start gathering people who are interested and determine when to draft later.

As with last year, there will be three leagues - the top being the Premier League, the second the D-League and the third is the Division 3 League. Three promotions/relegations happen between the Premier and D-League as well as the D-League and Division 3 League.

There will also likely be an Auction Draft League, which would be run by Sun Scorched.

Below I will list the players eligible for each league - even if you're eligible you need to declare your intent on playing again to get the spot, and if you don't intend on playing it would be really helpful to post that too. Then, people who didn't play last year should speak up, and will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis to the Division 3 League as spots open up.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please don't sign up or declare intent if you anticipate not being able to manage your league throughout the entire season. When managers go inactive it really throws off the competitive balance and the trade market. As with last year no promotions will be given to anyone who went inactive.

RULE CHANGES:

-Participants can only play in one league this year

-we need to fill the 2 spots in the D-League, I propose we do so by a lottery of only the Division 3 League candidates who were active in their respective leagues?

Open to any proposals for other rule changes or let me know if I messed up one of the lists.

I'll defs be down for this. At least with one year of experience under my belt, I actually will know how to play it this year.

Doubt you'll get much replies though, this board has been dead ever since the season ended.

Yeah this weekend I'll be sending everyone eligible for any of the leagues a PM, hopefully most have their current e-mail address tied to PMs so they will get the notification...with at the very least a month and a half I figure we can have this up for a while to let people trickle in before we need to get started on the draft itself.

In fact, I can also send PMs to people who didn't play last year that anyone thinks may be interested - just give me usernames. I know sunskerr posted interest last year for example.

Note about inactivity that I included in the PM: inactivity is a huge issue, especially with a 3-league system, so anyone who goes inactive partway through the season this year will lose eligibility and have to start on the waiting list next year.
