Anyone here experienced with SAS software?

In my job, I have started doing some training on SAS 9.2. Can anyone recommend any books to supplement my training? How much does the SAS software cost for individuals? Thanks!

Statistical Analysis Software I'm assuming?

I forget the book I used for class, but it was pretty straight forward. I'm pretty sure the software is kind of pricey 100+, but I'm sure your work would pay for you have it on your personal or work laptop.

It's a lot of fun.

I've been using SAS for ~20 years, we're still on version 9.1.3 where I work. About anything you want to know from a technical perspective can be found somewhere on here...

The software is pretty expensive to purchase, so I'd 2nd the recommendation for a work laptop.

I had to use it quite a bit in college. Just about every technical software I ever used during engineering school had a very useful Help function or index. I taught myself Matlab, AutoCAD, Solidworks, MiniTAB, and a host of other programs just by stumbling through them and, whenever stuck, using the help function. I find this to be the best way to properly learn these programs since you stumble through, make mistakes, then learn how to correct them. You get a very "inside-out" knowledge of the program.

SAS is a good package, problem is is that you have to pay for the software yearly.
