Marcelo' tackle wasn't that bad to me. Those type of tackles are common in the BPL.

imo to beat barca you have to be physical with them

some of their star players are very short in stature

but taking it off the field is wrong

Its indefinite as of now and its reported that 20% of the players didn't get paid in the league in all tiers.

Kinda unsurprising. Spain's cash is going to Barca and Madrid. Lower level PD clubs don't get enough money from the league's broadcasting deal.

I don;t think there's a league broadcasting deal like other leagues. Individual teams sell broadcasting rights for their own games. If English teams could do this, they could get record money from each different country.

Revenue sharing goes a long way to keep parity in the league.

Ah, well. Then that's a big problem because smaller teams don't get enough moeny out of their broadcasting rights. At least I've heard it numberous times that the smaller teams can't make much money that way in Spain.

Wouldn't be surprised to see these teams go undefeated until they face each other.

And
Sevilla chairman Del Nido "Our league is not the biggest crap in Europe, but the world." Also complains about the duopoly's TV domination.

He mad.

Yeah, pretty crazy. Villareal probably had a used day where they somehow couldn't go 100% and Barca had a good day. Then it usually ends in a blowout. :dontknow:

The Sky commentary team is bad, like really bad for La Liga. One of the guys didn't know who Ozil is and he's covering a Madrid game, atleast they didn't ask him about one of Zaragoza's players.

The situation was created because of Barca's team, who lucked into 3 of the to 6-7 guys in the world, with very solid supporting crew, all of that created the best team in the world, Real didn't stand behind and bought a lot players to match them.
It's not the Spanish league, it's 2 teams that are head and shoulder above the rest of the world.
There is no real solution but to wait 2-3 years, until Xavi, Messi and Inniesta slow down.

That's better than having to listen to Ray Hudson masturbating to Messi for 90 minutes.

Messi, Villa, Iniesta, Puyol, Abidal and Mascherano all started on the bench

Ronaldo with a brilliant overhead attempt that hit the post. Not sure how Coentrao missed that.

I was surprised they did that but they're obviously taking the Milan game very seriously. Should be a fun game.
What Serie A did instead is give Milan an extra day of rest by making them play yesterday

Barca gifted that game away. Villa since January has been trash save for two strikes -- CL Final, and the Supercup.
