Fletcher actually looked very good for Scotland over the international break and now he looks like he hasn't touched a football in seasons.

This Zagreb/Madrid game is incredible. Zagreb's playing a high line, getting Madrid offsides a lot, just as dangerous as Madrid on the counter so far. Zagrib's keeper has service for **** but his positioning and shot stopping has been incredible, denied Madrid twice.

Zagrib had the best scoring chance of the game, their player beat Pepe to a beautiful through ball but put it right at Casillas.

And you get Marcelo flopping and Ronaldo whining. High theatrics so far. Great game.

LOL@Marcelo

Gets a yellow for a poor tackle, then dives, again, in the box, booked for simulation, sent off.

15 minutes left, Zagreb down a goal but up a man.

Good game from Munich. Played well against Rossi and Nilmar and scored early and late in the game. Well deserved 2-0 victory. Villareal managed just 2 shots on Neuer all game long.

WTF is up with Inter Milan?
Losing at home against Trabsonspor? Really?

That must pretty much have nailed the doors for Gasperini.

Yap, they were in control from the start. Ribery is just a beast and I hope we get Robben back soon, there was nothing happening from the right wing, other then Rafinha scoring that awsome goal. The guys need to start shooting more though, Ribery and Shweinstiger each had atleast 3 decent chances to get a good shot off, but they both passed it instead. They're trying to walk the ball into the net, might work against lower clubs, but will be hard to get goals against the top defences that way.

LOL Trabzonspor. Wow, certainly didn't see that one coming.

Yeah, Turks somehow pulled that one out.

Props to APOEL. Cypriots again showing more success than Greeks:

Actually reminded me of Ronaldo's goal against Porto, same kind of power and swerve.

This. Very crucial game for both sides.
With a win, Munich could bring themselves in a very good situation. 6 points in 2 matches in the group of death would be great.
City is under a little pressure already. They shouldn't lose because Munich would be almost out of reach - and Napoli might have a 3 pt advantage as well then.

It will be interesting to see if both defensive sides can match up with the offensive power of each other. Both teams have good goalkeepers but their defense doesn't seem to be that great.
City's problems are probably more the wing backs. I still think Ribery, Müller and Robben (in the 2nd half) will play knots in the legs of Richards, Clichy or whoever else gets to start.
Munich's center backs are still a question mark. The most consistant so far (Badstuber) is likely out with an injury and van Buyten the replacement is always capable of a mistake. Especially when playing against a faster, smaller, technically superior player like Agüero.

That said I expect a draw.
