Just heard this song for the first time... i was told to post something that i considered "hiphop" so i did. I can go on and on posting stuff from the passed. Not saying its the best song in the world...but solid lyrics, solid flow, no wackness and a nice beat = a decent hip hop song to me.

Edit after a re listen...its a really good. Only cuz the 3rd guy who raps absolutely murders it. One of the better verses i have heard in a while. And after seeing the video (not jsut listening to it) i think the guy is white, which is a cool thing too. starts at 2:11

Not feeling the song at all. Thought a Cole song with Jay would have a "Drake Light Up" type vibe to it.

Song is just ok. Not repeatable, but then again I feel this way about many songs until it grows on me.

I wouldn't call myself a "die hard" Cole fan, but he's one of my favorite rappers (top 10 definitely). I personally don't care if music is considered "mainstream." To me, music is music (as long as the lyrics are not whack). That's probably why I like the song...

Terrible... Absolutely terrible... So disappointed. His mainstream music isn't even good, it's trash! Let Cole be Cole... Absolutely pitiful. Coley Cole, you're going to lose some of your diehards if you continue with this trash. Who Dat, Workout, and Mr. Nice Watch all have been busts. Just be Cole, stop trying to be someone your not.

If Can't Get Enough Flops I really don't think he'll ever truly breakout.

Electronica ain't dropping because he is a perfectionist... or at least that's what I used to tell myself. Every few months he will let out a tweet that his album is done and so and so heard it and said it's dope.

What a shame... everyone is so obsessed with everything J Cole does and posts average to below average music by him all the time(I like J. Cole, but there is alot of overhype here), yet a good song is posted by me and gets skipped over. I'm not a fan of all this poppish sounding music and radio stuff that alot of people are in to now adays. I'll try to bring a different vibe to this thread when i post.

Now i like J Cole, and i havnt seen this song posted yet.

My bad bruh. Was talking about that Cole drop. But the track you posted >>> the new Cole track.

Need young NY rappers back on mainstream. Not too familiar with Tragedy but I like his Calm Down track with Nas.

How much advance money could he have gotten though? He doesn't need any features and does a ton of stuff on his own? I mean the fact that we still haven't gotten a full version of this....

I miss when Jay was on P Cutta/Street Wars mixtapes, at least he dropped music...

I understand that. I was saying although Cole disapointed, here is a video that you may appreciate. Just give it a listen, its a good song overall, but the third verse is the best part of song.

AZ rappin "Uncut Raw" and "Rather Unique" on Mobb Deep's "Survival of the Fittest" beat in '95, Stretch and Bobbito.

Imagine you listening to the radio in 95 and you hear this for the first time.

First guys kills it. Rugged Man tho i feel was dissapointing overall. Lyrics were meh, he didnt flow right, and got totally out shined IMO. Just my 2c. Song is def good even though Rugged man disapointed, gunna add to ipod, then hit next after the first verse is over.
