I said the final round of free agency would start today at 10PM EST, instead I am going to delay it until noon tomorow (EST). Today I am going to update the free agent list, and decide what players accept QO's, which should keep you fairly busy. I also need someone else to take two teams because Utah does not have a GM. New York may also be replaced if I do not receive a reply from him by tomorrow morning (which is another reason why I am delaying free agency a day) but I already have someone lined up for that spot.

Thank you.

Patty Mills and Gary Forbes accept their QO's. Spencer Hawes is still waiting for a good offer.

Players in bold won't be accepting offers for the minimum posted in this thread, instead you will send offers to me, whether they be for the minimum or not (gmateamcommish@yahoo.com). The rest of the players will be signed to minimum contracts on a first-come, first-serve basis in this thread: you do not need to email me for those players.

CJ will not resign until he has tested the free agency market for something other than the minimum.

All signings except those mentioned are approved. Billups has also received an extremely generous offer that he isn't going to refuse and that should make him one of the three highest players from this offseason.

Also, regarding the MLE, I want to post a hypothetical and a question for you all:
1) Suppose a team is under the cap, they cannot use their MLE
2) But, during that same offseason they make trades and are now over the cap
3) Should they get their MLE?

In the "real" CBA it you wouldn't get your MLE, but should you for the purposes of this game? I say this because I currently have an offer for the MLE for a player that isn't yet available for the minimum.

Same deal here as with the prior use of the clause, but there is a pretty good chance that you can get him back, just send an offer and I will get back to you 12 hours after that.

Utah Jazz use the amnesty clause on Melmut Okur. They will attempt to resign him.
They also release Jeremy Evans who has an unguarenteed contract.
