The sky is falling

Post#1 » by wiff » Mon Sep 12, 2011 5:19 pm

So I was informed by Howard Mass that I might be getting the boot.

Apparently my last post on the trade board was a little "much". I guess I was having a little too much fun at T-Wolves fan expense. But he asked me a question I just thought I'd answer.

So in the case of me being banned for life. I just wanted to say it's been a pleasure sharing my thoughts with you gentlemen.

If I get banned I'm sure I will pop up somewhere. So keep an eye out. I should really be focusing more on my reclaimed furniture business anyway. They don't build themselves unfortunately.

Clay Bennett and Aubrey McClendon are still a couple of huge pricks, but go Thunder!

never mind I found it. I don't see the big deal. You were passionate. I dont know how mods can expect debate on here without people occasionally getting heated.

Also you called the trade idea moronic, you weren't singling out anyone in particular. I don't see how they could ban you for that. A suspension at worst and a warning should suffice. But hey, I'm not a Mod

I think they kind of consider it the straw that broke the camels back kind of thing.

I didn't think it was really that big of a deal either but I'm not a mod. I guess over the time I have been here I have ruffled a few feathers so I think these days I stick out a little bit and people want to try to stick it to me a little. I have EARNED a couple of suspensions. I can own that, but a couple were completely wrongful. I was suspended by a mod or two who wanted to throw his weight around a bit. So if I get banned, I get banned. Not that I really want to get banned but it is what it is.

They might do board bans, i.e. restrict your posting to here. I know I'd miss your posting on the OKC board, especially if James Harden slumps to start next season...

Good luck mate, hope you're all good. I'm not the most active poster on this board, but I do read every thread. Won't be the same without your posts!

Thanks guys. They limited my access to a couple forms which considering those are pretty much the only boards I post on they effectively banned me. So I don't really plan on hanging around much. I found another form to go past at.

But I do have one last post I am working on.

Wasting time on the pointless trade board is a moronic activity anyway. Why single one pea out of the pod?

But hey, as long as you still have the ability to tackle other important issues, such as wondering what KD's weight will be, there is still a greater purpose to fulfill.
