14 pt lead and Jamal Charles is out. YEAH BLOWOUT! LOL

The Chiefs running game looked good at least against Gunther's swiss cheese defense, almost 7 YPC. But KC is an awful football team in talent and mechanics.

EDIT: Oh and an INT as i was submitting this we might have even more of a lead by half now.

Solid first half. Not ideal but solid, doing what needs to be done to beat up an inferior opponent. Have not been able to say that in a long time 8-)

Wow Coach Haley, trying to ice Jason Hanson on a nondescript field goal in a game we are dominating, yeah that's really brilliant. All it does is make him look silly. The owner of this team should fire him before the end of the half, that's all the confirmation you need right there, this guy HAS NO CLUE.

Offense has been kinda shaky, but defense is forcing TOs

Charles looked like he blew an ACL

Aaron Brown is available. Maybe the Chiefs should have brought Aaron Brown and DW into this game to use against us? Would have been better in hindsight than their current dismal fate. lol

Calvin Johnson drops a TD, so on 4th and goal the next play Stafford goes right back to him. That is great coaching and some nice balls (both kinds) by Stafford.

Brandon Flowers trying to cover CJ is absolutely ridiculous. Flowers couldn't even cover Scheffler and made 2 mistakes on that TD play. He cheated outside and then bit outside when there was nothing going on there but the sideline, and then he compounded the mistake by trying to be some kind of super baller and come up with a tip and we got an easy TD from that. He's having an awfully terrible game in so many different facets.

Not really a drop cause technically his one arm was gunked up by the push off he got away with ;)

Stafford has been throwing darts all game long. He may have one of the three strongest arms in the league. He has also made a few bonehead tosses but nobody is perfect

I would like to see both back -up Q.B play in this game by the 3rd and 4th qtrs.

I hope they activate Keiland Williams and give him some run time he can move piles and gain tough yardage in the end of games creating first downs instead of punting.

blowout = check
back up QB play=check
activate Keiland Williams and give him some run time = check

3 for 3 this game

The Lions went for touchdowns on a pair of fourth downs, one late in the third quarter and another with 5:05 left.

Schwartz insisted those decisions didn’t have anything to do with the league ruling against Detroit and in favor in Kansas City on a tampering charge last season.

“We’re not trying to do anything other than trying to win the game,” Schwartz said.

as time was running out in the fourth quarter, Cunningham was given a Gatorade shower by his defensive players, who seemed pretty excited that their coach got some revenge on his ex-team. Also, after the game, Lions general manager Martin Mayhew snubbed Chiefs general manager Scott Pioli, according to Chris McCosky.

As the two general managers approached the same elevator at the end of the game Sunday, Pioli called out to Mayhew and extended his right hand.

Mayhew shook his head and turned his back on Pioli

TSE Your right that's why i said to play back ups 3rd and 4 th qtr but the coach did not listen.

Pettigrew only had 1 catch and 1 drop in 3 passes to him i was suprised that he's not doing more, maybe he needs the practice.

note: have you notice a trend by stafford in each of his first series in both games he comes in rusty and throws and INT ? he is not warming up enough before games.

you could play logan more inplace of best to give him a rest.

Or three other RBs to give him a rest, anything. I'd rather give Don Muhlbach a carry from the FB position and risk an injury to our long-snapper before I'd want to risk our star RB, or QB. And we have so many offensive weapons that we are never going to have a game where all of our good players each have good numbers. There's just too many of them to split those chances. That's why I think we should have scaled down the quantity of our investments there and put that value towards defense or the OL and relied on guys like Stovall to step up more for a good discounted price for the value he contributes. So I still don't understand our roster, or our plan, or our vision. If we don't win the SB I'm going to do the same thing I did last year and have a timeless unresolved question for our GM, and that question is why, and what were you thinking?

I found the gatorade shower to be pretty funny since it was just a week 2 blowout. There were lots of little things throughout the game that made me think the Liions were giving K.C. the finger.

But I agree with the overall message, F K.C.
