Ivan Nova...shut down the Rays going 7.2 innings. Wow.

Happy A-rod worked two walks. His power might be gone but his vision is still there. Unfortunately at DH, means you can't tip your hand with Montero.

Nunez got the biggest home run of his career. Cano just ate up Howell. Awesome. Be nice if we can win the division and rest players the rest of the way.

I say rest the important guys these last 2 games, go all in vs the red sox and then just take it easy vs the Rays in the last series.

+1. Let the Sox and Rays fight it out to the post-season.

Only a clitoris lays down. A man controls his own fate. Yanks are showing their brass cajones.

Gutsy move having Posada PH over Montero. Pays off. 4-2 Yanks and he's vindicated.

3 outs from the division at home. That's special.

Soriano to close. If he does it, yanks can rest next game, red sox series, & 3 games in Tampa.

The AL East is ours...now you can let Boston and Tampa go at it.

What a season: Jeter turns it around and gets 3,000...Mo officially the king of saves...Posada gets a clutch hit...the struggles of the rotation, emergence of Nova...power of Granderson...Cano's steady plY and Dave Robertson's set up brilliance.

congrats on the division

really this team owes it to nova, garcia, colon for giving them a shot to win the games they pitched in....without those 3 +hughes/aj stinking, who knows what wouldve happened
