Barton: ''If I hadn't played against AFC on the first day, I may have signed for them. There were a couple of conversations with Wenger."

This would have been cool

Yeah, he really showed his massive sack when he dropped like he was shot after Gervinho slapped him in the ear. :D

He's a scumbag, wind-up merchant. I'm extremely glad not to see him in an Arsenal shirt.

In a statement, Arsenal said: “Scans this week have revealed that the fracture has not responded positively during this period. Throughout Jack's injury, the club has been guided by the continuous advice of several world-renowned specialists. The information attained this week has led to the conclusion that surgery is now required to gain an optimal response.

“Wilshere is now expected to be out for a period of months. Following surgery these timescales will become more specific.”

:curse: If we had been healthy, I don't think we would have finished worse than 4th. Now, we've gotta take everything on a game by game basis. I don't think we can even classify anything as an easy game anymore with TV and Jack out for awhile. I'm still excited for the game tomorrow regardless.

What do they do at the Emirates? All of Arsenal's big players have had injuries since moving from Highbury. Sucks for Wilshere though, this could have been a great season with him for Arsenal and England.

I know IronChef was joking about lucky to be in the premiere league next season but... I'm starting to worry that might actually be a possibility.

Szczesney has pulled out of Polands internationals with a back injury. Odd that RVP is the only one who's been consistently healthy all year.t

But, of the recent speculation over his future, Szczesny told polskathetimes.pl: "I can't declare that I will spend my entire career here, but if I leave I will have a very important reason or I will go to Barcelona."

And so it begins..

Two weeks off before the relegation dogfight begins against Sunderland.

Hopefully we have a better plan at RB than Jenkinson, or Djourou. I'd say Coquelin, but we probably need him in midfield since he was our best player against Spurs. I'm for benching Walcott and Gervinho in favour of Chamberlain and Miyaichi, just so I don't have to watch them anymore.

On the bright side, if Arsenal does regulate, they would totally dominate the Championship and come back to the Premier league the season after........
