Chelsea and AC Milan could be planning a swap deal to bring Fernando Torres to Italy, and Robinho to London.
According to reports in talkSPORT, the two football giants are looking at doing a deal in January as both seek to fill missing links in their attack.
The Spaniard has simply not been able to sparkle for Chelsea after a big money £50million transfer from Liverpool in January, and it has not helped matters that recent reports revealed he slammed his own squad's midfielders for being "very slow".
Although Blues boss Andre Villa-Boas has not reacted to Torres' outburst, with six first team strikers in his squad, the Portuguese could well decide that Torres is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.
According to Sportmediaset, which is run by AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi, the Serie A giants could make a shock move to bring in Torres in exchange for Robinho.
AC Milan have long been admirers of the striker from his days with Atletico Madrid, and are willing to give him an escape from his troubles in London.
The deal is far from agreed though, as Chelsea are keen to bring in Alexandre Pato in exchange, rather than Robinho, but the Serie A side are adamant that only Robinho is surplus to requirements at the San Siro.

When I read Torres swap with Milan, I assumed one of Pato or Ibra would be involved but these guys can't even make good football rumors.
